Clean up your 2021–present Chevrolet Tahoe PPV after removing the police spotlight with this purpose-built A-Pillar Spotlight Delete Kit.

Designed for former Police Pursuit Vehicle (PPV) Tahoes, this two-piece kit covers the opening left behind after the A-pillar spotlight assembly is removed.

The kit consists of an exterior resin-printed cover and an interior ABS mounting cap. The exterior cover sits over the former spotlight location, while the interior cap installs from inside the vehicle through the existing spotlight opening and screws into place to complete the assembly.

The exterior cover is supplied RAW and unpainted, allowing it to be finished and painted to match your Tahoe.

IMPORTANT: The exterior resin cover MUST be painted and clear coated before regular exterior use. Raw resin should not be left exposed to prolonged UV light, as this may cause degradation, distortion, or warping. The interior ABS cap does NOT require painting.

This kit is intended for vehicles where the spotlight assembly has been removed and the remaining opening needs to be covered.

Exterior Cover

Material: 3D Printed Resin

The exterior cover may require sanding, priming, and other normal paint preparation depending on your desired final finish.

The exterior resin component MUST be painted and clear coated before prolonged exposure to sunlight. Proper automotive paint and clear coat provide the UV protection necessary to help protect the resin from degradation and warping.

Interior Cap

Material: 3D Printed ABS Plastic

The interior mounting cap installs inside the vehicle and does not need to be painted or clear coated.

Installation Notes

Remove the existing PPV spotlight assembly.

Test-fit both components before painting.

Prepare, prime, paint, and clear coat the exterior resin cover.

Position the exterior cover over the original spotlight location.

Install the ABS cap from inside the vehicle through the existing spotlight opening.

Screw the assembly together and verify proper fitment.

Professional paint/body preparation is recommended for the best exterior finish.
